Laser Maintenance
Our laser technicians can perform preventive maintenance inspections on an assortment of laser systems. During their inspections, they will install recommended PM kits and thoroughly complete the appropriate documentation.

Laser Repairs
Is your medical laser broken and you don’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have it repaired by the manufacturer? Or has the manufacturer told you it is obsolete and cannot be repaired? If this is the case, give Trace Services a call and we will put you in contact with one of our fully trained, certified, and experienced Laser technicians to diagnose and detail the state of your medical laser system. We will provide you with the information you’ll need to help you decide whether to repair or replace your medical laser system.

Biomedical Equipment Maintenance
Trace Services technicians will perform basic equipment maintenance that includes operational, functional, and electrical safety inspections.  All work will be documented and the equipment will be labeled to meet Joint Commission, IDPH and other regulatory agencies. Once the inspection is completed, an equipment maintenance inspection log book will be provided along with a current inventory listing.

Biomedical Equipment Repairs
At Trace Services Inc. we offer first-rate biomedical repair services. We can calibrate and service most medical devices. We are an authorized supplier for many of the major manufacturers and stock many repair and replacement parts.

Our technical staff consists of Engineers that have earned Bachelors Degrees in Biomedical Electronics or Certifications in Biomedical Engineering ( CBET ) or are NCLE Laser Certified. Also, they have been formally trained by: Datex/Ohmeda, Air Shields, Datascope, Steris Corp, Hill Rom, Valleylabs, Drager, Spacelabs, GE Medical, Welch Allyn, Scale-Tronix, International Biomedical, Lumenis, Coherent, Surgilase, Candela, Trimedyne, SSI, Deka and many more.

Our Service Engineers have either completed a manufacturer authorized training program or have been trained by Factory Service Engineers. We continue to provide our technical staff with the latest updates and Factory Training as the need arises and are designed to not only give the required technical training, but are used to keep our staff updated on the latest clinical uses for the equipment.
